Despicable: Newsweek Uses Anti-Mormon Stereotype to Diminish Romney
This is absurd.  We have Newsweek putting out the cover shown. Showing Romney’s head on a stereotypical “mormon” body. I think the Democrats were a bit annoyed that the Mormon side of Romney was not coming out this year, as it is a non-issue to conservatives and Republicans. They decided they needed to stick it in everyone’s face so that it would not be forgotten. As Romney rises, they attempt to shoot him down.
I assume this is their version of “civility.”
Our side goes after Obama’s connections to radicals and known communists and socialists. They consider that “over the top.” They do not want that information out. When they see conservatives and Republics not concerned about the fact that Romney is a Mormon, it drives them crazy.
I personally have issues with the Romney candidacy, but none of it has to do with him being a Mormon. I see him as in a very weakened state when it comes to debating Obama on Obamacare, and I do not agree with his rationale stated lately for Romney-care. Despite those objections, if my Republican Party as a whole chooses Romney, I will gladly vote for him over Obama.
Newsweek is a very weak magazine with virtually no readership. The pages have been getting thinner and thinner over the years. Go to a library and look at about ten years of the physical copies. What is a year now in pages would be about little more than six months a decade or so ago. I noticed that odd thing about several of the old school, lame-stream media. The pages are not filling, and there is a reason for it.
