How can we win if the Democrats on both coasts dig deep into the minority communities and pull up any breathing body and drag them to the polls and show them a chart of the voting machine to prompt them to vote for a Democrat? I was a poll watcher once, in NYC, up in East Harlem, and I saw stuff that would make you cringe. I’m betting most “voters” are registered on the spot and haven’t a clue as to what they are voting for … except that if they elect Democrats, the “government will give them what they deserve.” And oh, do they deserve! Subsidized housing, subsidized health care, food stamps etc. etc. and you don’t dare say anything or you’ll be branded racist. So run, Herman Cain. At least the liberals won’t be able to play the race card.

The good news NYC is only one part of America. Fortunately this is not happening everywhere. Yes, they cheat the system to some degree. I think in 2012 there will be so many of us, and so few on the left that are motivated to even vote. We will win.

  • HoosierMan

i guess herman cain is better than michelle bachmann, or God forbid, sarah palin. there still is not a republican candidate out there that really has anything going though. as long as the republican nominee is not from the Tea Party, there may be a chance to beat Obama.

    • Shirley_Gordon

Yes, HoosierMan, we are in serious trouble if Michelle Bachmann becomes our nominee. I am disappointed in the Candidates thus far. We need someone who can stand up to Speaker Boehner and get things DONE in Congress.

  • Mr Conservative

Herman Cain on WSJ The Big Interview said, “”if you don’t have a job and you’re not rich, blame yourself.”

This man could possibly be our President, folks. And his reasoning for unemployment problems and greed? Blame yourself! Not “Blame Obama” or “Blame Wall Street” or “Blame Corporate Greed” but…..hey, if you got fired, or if you are poor, it’s your OWN fault.

You can’t pull yourself up by your bootstraps when they steal your boots!

    • http://www.nobama.com John

Nobody is stealing your bootstraps. He is saying WORK and MAKE LOGICAL DECISIONS. You are responsible for your own destiny.

Herman Cain would be better off realizing that many of his supporters may fit into the Occupy Wall Street crowd. Since it is spreading, there are people with many varied positions and ideas. He is generalizing the movement, as many are, and fails to notice that it is not just hippies and trouble makers.
and not everyone is jealous of a rich mans Cadillac.
Herman Cain fails to see that not all jobless people are lazy. some got laid off or fired due to the greed of the companies they worked for. any President, ANY, needs to look down upon greed. Obama is not doing anything about it, we need someone who WILL.
But Herman Cain seems to want the spending to continue. He seems like the kind of guy that is all about a buck. Not for, or on the side of, some of his Republican folks who want the government to work to end corporate greed.

im sure there is a difference between you, a modern stay at home mom, and Miss Romney, a millionaire stay at home mom. your hard work is needed and indeed is a tough job. Miss Romney, though her work also is needed, is in a different realm since she has so much money. When you have money, you are a stay at home mom for different reasons than the stay at home […]
  • newrepublican on A Future Great First Lady: Ann Romney
The liberal elites can’t help themselves by continuing to bash Ann Romney and once again attack stay at home moms (SAHMs). This time it’s HBO’s Bill Maher who weighed in on the Hilary Rosen controversy, dismissing it as a "non-consequential," meaningless controversy.  He also said that “Ann Romney has never gotten her a** out of the house to work a […]

"Stepping in it" is a very polite term to describe Biden's remarks.  Seriously, I have come to expect no less from Biden. Does this mean that the Lord is in favor of sweeping all the crickets out of the WH in Nov?
